When will I get my package?

Within 1-2 days, your parcel will be dispatched. After that, it takes about 8-10 working days for the parcel to reach you. You will receive a Track and Trace link to track your order. Have you not yet received it? Then your parcel has not yet been sent. It can sometimes take a little longer before you receive it in the mail.


I received 2 boxes instead of 4 boxes, now what?

That's right and there is nothing wrong. We used to use boxes where there were 15 in them. Now 1 box contains 30 pieces, so we only send 2. So the total just remains 60 pieces.


I received a different model, now what?

You may receive the new model instead of the old one. This is the newer model and works even better. Unfortunately, we do not yet have product photos of this model. They work and are exactly the same, only the model is different. So there is nothing to worry about.


Where can I track my order?

You can do this by going to the Track and Trace page.


My parcel gets stuck on track and trace, what now?

Sometimes it takes several days for the track and trace to be updated. This is not due to us, but to the postal company sending your parcel on our behalf. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. Please wait patiently, it is definitely on its way.


I have been waiting longer than 15 days for my order, now what?

Our apologies. However, it can indeed sometimes take a bit longer. If your parcel is still not there after 20 working days (after date of dispatch), please contact us. Please also note that you can track your parcel via Track and trace. Information is often indicated there as well.


My parcel has not been delivered, now what?

Check your track and trace first. Sometimes your parcel is with the courier. This will be stated there and you will receive an e-mail about this. If this is the case, contact them. If this is not the case, and your parcel has not been delivered after 20 working days, please contact us.


My parcel has arrived damaged or broken, what now?

Unfortunately, that can happen. Send us an e-mail using the form below and we will send you a new one free of charge.


I entered a wrong house number, what now?

Please email us as soon as possible (within 1 working day). We will adjust it for you immediately. After 1 working day it is no longer possible to adjust it because your parcel has already been sent. We will then of course look for a solution.


Can I use the SlimPatches?

If you are healthy, you can use it. This is because it is not a medicine, but a sticker with natural ingredients such as caffeine. If you do have physical complaints of any kind, you should only use the stickers after consulting a doctor. We are not liable.


I want a refund, how can I submit this?

If the SlimPatches are unused, you can request a refund. To do so, please fill in the form below. Should you wish to request a refund because you have not lost weight after 30 days, please provide proof that you have not lost weight. You do this by taking a picture of the weighing scale on day 1 to day 30. You can send this to. If there is no result, you will receive your money back immediately.
